उत्तरदायित्व (जवाबदेही)- किसी कार्य या परिणाम की प्राप्ति के लिए किसी टीम या व्यक्ति को दी गई जिम्मेदारी उत्तरदायित्व कहलाती है । जैसे कोई प्रबंधक या कार्यकारी किसी व्यापार के परिणाम या प्रदर्शन के लिए जिम्मेदार होता है जबकी वह उस कार्य को नहीँ कर रहे हो अपितु कार्य उसके निर्देशन में हो रहा हो ।
Accountability- The act of making a group or individual responsible for certain activities or outcomes. For example, managers and executives are accountable for business performance even though they may not actually perform the work.
